This place is terrible. The staff was very pleasant and available, and it’s cheap. Bed was ok, tv worked. No clue about WiFi or breakfast, didn’t even bother. But it’s falling apart. What looks like black mold in the shower grout/caulk, stained and cut counter tops, cabinet doors that don’t fit, stiff faucets. Seemed ‘clean’ and didn’t stink, but stained holy towels, light stains on sheets. Battery cover falling off the remote, light switch that does nothing. This place appears to be more like cheap housing and a pay by the hour than a vacation/travellers property. Our keys got cancelled one day because they had our ‘renewal/payment date in wrong. I had to clarify we were not ‘regular residents’ and booked for four nights only. It was really weird. A bit sketchy feeling but didn’t have issues.

The room was dirty. I didn’t even want to use the shower. I was unable to carry my bag up the steps to the 2nd floor. No 1st floor rooms and no elevator.

I booked this right at midnight and got to the hotel and said they were fully booked in. My payment went through. So I paid for a place that I didn’t even stay.

We arrived after a long day of air travel only to be told our reservations were no good and no rooms were available. In fact several customers were there with the exact same issue. The person onsite stated “that’s not my problem…call your booking agency” and went inside and locked herself in the hotel. Thankfully, ******* refunded my 160.00

We arrived at 10 pm and the lobby’s door was closed. It was a group of about 10 people waiting outside. All of us with paid reservations.
After 20 minutes of nocking the door, the employee from inside waved her hands telling us: we are full!!!!
Not even open the door or talk face to face with us . So, now look for a room at 11 pm Saturday night with children!!
Then the refund process with ******* took half an hour. No other solutions.
