Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean enviorment. Located in a shopping center, it is very convenient for shopping, eating and transportation. Will stay again when need it.

Has no elevator to rwach rooms on second floor. Right behind reception the have a room with open door and it seems that a whole family of 10 lives there to include dogs. People just hang out in the front entrance smoking a storm up. The shower curtain rod was so damaged, the curtain would open 20 times while showering. They do not even have the do not disturb sign for the door. Owners seem to be from India or somewhere similar and the reception looked like those videos you see online of them cooking on the streets.

Staff was very pleasant. Place is real old. There were lots of people hanging outside smoking. This made us feel uneasy. It didn’t appear all of them were staying there. Bed was extremely old and lumpy. Basically a full size refrigerator was nice. Water in the shower did not have a good flow.

Booked a room in advance but when it was time to check in I was told I'm not in the system and had to pay a higher rate, this always seems to happen when it's a holiday weekend. Something needs to be done about this kind of price gouging

Mini-vacay
Check-in was great, clerk very nice and friendly. Room was clean, great price. The not-so-good thing was the beds were super firm which was fine for a one night stay. Lots of restaurants nearby.
