We've probably stayed in 1000 rooms, and this is by far the dirtiest we've ever stayed in. The bathroom was filthy with black ooze clearly visible coming from under the tub mat. When we made the mistake of lifting the mat, there was black ooze (mold?) underneath. The towels are so stained and have thread bare holes, they should just be thrown out! The next morning we found a cockroach in the shower. There was trash clearly visible beside the night stand. The bed was on what looked like filing cabinets and made terrible clanking noises when we moved. The hotel is located near the I-75 so it is noisy all nice. The grounds and pool look nice and clean but we're didn't use them. If we hadn't gotten in so late, we would have tried to change rooms. We usually tip housekeeping, but not this time! We will NOT be returning.

The room was not cleaned, sheets were dirty, the room smelled terrible. We have to ckean and sanitize the bathroom, changecthe sheets and get air fresheners to try to tolerate the stay

Everyone is very nice and helpful the room is great and clean I really enjoy staying there I will definitely go back again and again that will be my go to place when I’m there in town

Room/bathroom not clean. Paper thin walls. Very noisy. Breakfast offered at 6:30am which is too late for many travelers. Ice machine was broken.
