Room was clean. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Two bedroom suite was well laid out and enjoyable.

This stay left a lot to be desired. It can benefit from a lot more effort and care into cleaning. The room showed many cleaning corners cut, the pool and hot tub were very disappointing in their condition. Of all the hotel options in the area, I’m disappointed I choose this one in its current state. Hopefully they will be able to improve to the AmericInn quality most expect.

No heat or working sink stopper in first room. We were upgraded to a different room and that was good. That room could use more electrical outlets by bed, because I had to unplug the clock radio so I could plug in my cell phone charger. The room was clean and hot tub worked. Staff were helpful.

Pictures on site is not what you'll see when you will be there. Things listed on site(sauna) doesn't exist. In general, old, outdated, smelly place.

Got there to check in to are hotel and some guy was sleeping in our room the staff called the police told us to to come back cause they had to clean are room again. I left came back and they had switched are room to another one. When i walked in room the floor was soaked and the room had mold on the ceiling /smelled like mold on top of the i watched the employee take floor fans out of rhe room and yell at the cleanning staff whitch she clearly thought i could not speak a different language but she was wrong. Very disrespectful. I tried to explain the room was nasty and the floor was soaked and mold on the walls and she told me there was no mold and the floor was dry. Iam a nurse and husband is a contractor we know what we saw we took pictures and video and sending it to the health department. We did not stay and u pray no one gets sick from staying there.

I was a guest on two separate days and had two different rooms for each stay. I had room 316 on Thursday, 9/25/2025 and that room was nice. I had room 110 on Sunday, 9/28/2025 and that room had a broken shower fixture (tray) and the shower drain was also broke.
