The room was the bare minimum. The bed sheets had stains. There was no way to get in touch with the front desk unless you went to it, the front desk number was not posted in the room any where. When i went to complain, i had to wait until the only person who spoke english took his shower.

The rooms pictured are nothing like the actual rooms. Bed was not level, Sheets and bathroom were dirty.

The sheets were dirty, the room smelled like smoke, we found to cockroaches, the chair in the room had stains, this hotel was absolutely disgusting. Please dont waste your money here. Me and my boyfriend walked into the room and didnt even stay and the guy at the front wouldnt even give us a refund. Do not waste ur money here!!

There was a cough syrup (I hope) stain on the comforter. There was another stain I could not figure out what it was. The whole room smelt like cigarette smoke. There was a couple places that the floor was sinking in. The bathtub had water stains in it.

房间很干净，周边快餐店很多。员工表现令人失望。如果能用一句友好的问候语，比如“您好，欢迎入住戴斯酒店”，来迎接客人，那将是非常礼貌和优质的客户服务。然而，我得到的却是尴尬的眼神。当我交还钥匙时，前台员工竟然睡着了，至少应该有个友好的告别吧，而不是门开着一条缝，他还因为被吵醒而生气。不如开个员工会议，告诉他们，即使在工作时间睡觉，起码的礼貌还是要有的。
房间不干净，而且味道很糟糕。我们打电话给前台要求换房间，但他们说正在装修，所以帮不了我们。房间里还有虫子。
没有热水，房间不干净。床单很脏。交押金时前台偷走了我的信用卡信息。有 4 次欺诈性付款，我不得不提出异议。他们偷走了我的信用卡信息。你会认为对于一家酒店，尤其是靠近基地的酒店，服务应该很好。千万不要来这里！
于是我们办理了入住手续，当我们走向房间时，我们隔壁房间的门大开着，你可以看到一个男人正在使用和从事非法活动......我们走进房间，检查床，床罩下面到处都是**，好像床单从未更换或清洗过。房间里有股霉味。真是太恶心了。我们 1 年前住在那里，当时不是这样的！那个地方已经完全破败不堪了。我永远不会推荐任何人住在那里。
