Our room was nice, big and clean. The property seems well maintained and quiet. Staff was helpful. On the down side, both sinks were clogged, but Front desk found us a plunger and we got it cleared. We came for a 2 day bike trip and will stay again on our next trip to Alexandra.

Rooms were nice. Waterpark is extremely run down. Water was freezing. Was additional cost to get into and I will not be returning to it. Very disappointed. Stairs and floor had a slimy film on them.

The stay was just ok.. It has a beautiful location on Lake Darling, but the facilities are quite outdated and could really benefit from some updating.

Property needs a makeover. Rooms and hallway smelt of old cigarettes. Wallpaper needs to be taken down and walls need a fresh coat of paint. That would make this property look and smell a lot better. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. You can hear other room’s air conditioners running which is very loud.
If you go end of September bring an extra blanket for sleeping. They have a boiler system so they can either have air or heat but not both. Since the weather has been in the 80s they still have the air on, which makes sense. However, the nights gets cold so I froze sleeping. An extra blanket would have been perfect.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Property is outdated. Needs a lot of work. No fan in bathroom, rooms smell mildewy, toilets don’t flush well, rooms are very dark…fixtures and lighting need updated.
Staff was nice & polite. Felt safe.

We had a wedding near by and half of the wedding party reserved rooms at Arrowwood. 11 days before our check in, we found out that they canceled all but two of our rooms, and that included the bride and grooms room. We would not have know if one of the brides maids hadn't check on what time we could check in. When we were checking in we found out my uncles room was not an ADA room like it should have been. The rooms looked clean but they were damp and smelt musty.
Some of our party had very damp carpets and rusty mattress on the pull out bed. The staff at the check in counter were rude and talked about how difficult we were being not realizing some of our wedding party heard them as they were walking in.
Was very disappointed that they did not have a complimentary breakfast. They have a restaurant but was a little too spendy to eat there for three days.
This place is very outdated, and musty.
The showers had no hot water which was frustrating.
The only good experience we had was the bartender on Thursday, his name was Ryan and was very accommodating and was outstanding that night.

The toilet was not working properly and the screen door was broken to our balcony. However, the overall resort property is stunning with its lake views is incredible

The property was very dated and not clean. the dirt on the doors leading into and in our room was very visible and had been there for a long time. luckily, i had clorox wipes which were black just from the door alone. All surfaces produced dirt after wiping down, particularly the air conditioner which had likely never been wiped down. the room was very musty and smelled of a space that had been closed for a long time. the wallpaper was peeling in the room, the windows were filthy in our room, as well as common areas. The hot tub was not functional the first night and the water was actually green, so we went over to the pool and the grout was filthy. Very disappointing, because I had thought this was supposed to be a great property. It was quite outdated, run down and overall not clean.

Sadly, this once beautiful property, has gone downhill significantly. We requested and were allowed to switch rooms due to the loud banging sound coming from the heat/air unit that seemed original to the property. We ate on site for most meals, but staffing seemed to be a significant issue due to a lot of confusion, wrong drinks, and the wrong bill coming to our table. A few times, the wait staff was actually running through the restaurant and it wasn’t even very busy. The pool area was nice for the littles, but the large slides and lazy river have seen better days. The outside garbages did not get emptied during our stay causing garbage to be laying on the ground. I hope this property can make a comeback, but they have a lot of work to do on many ends.
