Hotel staff friendly. BUT…Uncomfortable beds, outdated super small room, and multiple stains on white duvet cover/comforter. Ick. Dehumidifiers running in hallways but still musty. No elevator. Hotel had good reviews when I booked it, so I was very disappointed for $137/ night. Pick any other hotel in Alexandria.

The TV didn't work. I was hoping to watch college football after a long day and the cable was out, or something. Very disappointing. Staff was notified, but nothing was done. Everything else was fine.

This was motel (not a hotel imo) was very stinky. They definitely are having some serious moisture control issues there. We had to keep our room AC at 61 to try to take the dampness out ot the room. There is no pool contribting to the dampness. The enitre community was booked so we were stuck at this location. We only were there for sleeping at night. We would never stay there again. I initially thought it looked okay because of the updated floors. It was not okay. Floors felt wet, bedding was terrible. They need some serious work there.

Very Soggy
Unfortunately the hotel was soggy. The carpet was humid and the air was very humid. There was a fan going towards the basement and a dehumidifier running by the front desk.
The eating area is very small for the amount of clientele in the building.
We won’t be back.
