The water pressure could have been better and I didn't like the choices for breakfast. The coffee was watered down and the area didn't seem sanitary. The staff were very friendly. The walls were very thin we could all the activity upstairs.

it was fine, just an average hotel, but the staff was absolutely awesome, they even switched my room entirely because my tv wasn’t working, they were the best part of this stay.

Sarah made the stay a bit brighter!
I was greeted by Sarah who took the time to LISTEN to my concerns and make suggestions accordingly. Her excellent client service is what made my trip memorable and restored my faith in hotel management. The Front Desk, lady that checked me in was great. The house keeper was very nice. I don’t know either of their names. Very professional . The only one complaint, I have the air conditioning unit needs to be cleaned or deodorize. Everytime it came on it blew out very bad musty older & that made the room smell bad. Room 122. Overall everything else was great.

EV chargers
Our stay was better than average. Enjoyed the Monday-Thursday happy hour that is combined with Holiday Inn next door. No major appetizers just chips and cookies. Biggest complaint ,shared EV charging with Holiday Inn and consistently abused non EV cars. Obviously by a staff member that we easily identified. Best staff member, the breakfast lady!
