Room tub had a problem draining. Kenya on front desk was wonderful!!! Attentive and definitely tried to help. Front desk next day however didnt do anything to help.

Decent night sleep

Last minute choice to stay at this hotel. Chose it because of the high rating, but didn’t feel the hotel lived up to that. The bed was broken making loud sounds whenever you moved. Lots of noise outside the window from neighboring property. Overall, it was OK.

Like that it's a no smoking property.

Didn't like a joined rooms due to the TV noise. It wasn't busy so there could have been separation of the rooms for more privacy.

There was lots of hair in the bathroom...on the bathtub, floor and towel.

Staff are nice and friendly and the breakfast offering is very good compared to other budget stay at similar price range. The sheets were clean and the pool is very well kept. It’s a good option to stay on i20.

The room was filthy and dirty several excuses why it didn’t get cleaned no one made the effort to resolve the problems feces all over toliet mole in the shower food residue in microwave the scent of mildew throughout the room turned on ac overpowering scent of vinegar I complained to several staff members and no one even attempted to resolve it I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it this place reaks the scent of **** in the entrance down the hallways I’ve here before some years ago and it appears to have lowered there standards on so many different levels I wouldn’t recommend any future stays

Very good hotel for the price. The room could have been cleaned better (not dirty, just a couple stray hairs on the toilet and tub, and there was an “old” smell to the room).
