Room given to me was not clean. Was given another room and the was ok but thr bathroom was gross.. had to clean my own toliet i was just so tired i didnt even complain .i just wanted to go to bed.. Not worth the heache to fight for my money back . I will never stay at this hotel again..

We booked a quick weekend getaway to attend a wedding. The day we arrived, it was raining, and the front desk allowed us to check in early with no issues. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect for the venue, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Check in was easy and fast. Friendly staff. Area was perfect for a band event at the university-two minute drive. Breakfast was pretty basic hotel buffet food but prepared well. Dining area was clean and well stocked.

Room was dated but clean. Beds were comfy. TV was ancient. Made us appreciate our HDTV at home. My only complaint would be the lack of lighting in the room. No bulbs in the living area lamp. Only other lamp didn’t work. Only lights were the side table ones. Similar issue in the bathroom. Vanity light was very dim. There was a bright heat lamp that we had to keep on to get ready. Toasty!

I also appreciated a call from the hotel to let me know we’d left an iPad in the room. We were still in town and able to pick it up. Hotels don’t usually make an effort to return left-behind items so that was pretty nice!

I’d stay there again - unless there was something on tv we planned on watching. WNBA finals were on and it was disappointing that we weren’t able to watch the game on TV and had to watch it on our ipad.

Me and my family stayed in one of the rooms. Pee stain on the toilet, a roach crawled into the sink, there was no shampoo and when we told one of the people working there all of that she just told us to have a good night.

My stay was ok

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here its a nice hotel nothing fancy but very convenient to attend games & concerts at NMSU you can walk to them. The breakfast is not very good but very few hotels have good breakfast.

Housekeeping could do better. The room had an odor; (towel) stuck under bath counter; bottom refrigerator shelf oozed white stuff and insect crawling up the wall.
