Perfect. Fairly priced hotel for a better than fair room. Very clean, very quiet, excellent view of the bay out the back of the hotel. Housekeeping is on request, but they change out towels daily without asking. Nice touch and smart. It’s GREAT bang for the buck. Yes, I will stay here again when in Menominee.

We spent very little time there. Arrived late night and left early morning.
One suggestion in bathtub, adding bars for older guest. Not always steady so bars would nice!!
Room very clean. Very cold in room when we arrived but did warm up quick. Comfy mattress.
No iron in rooms to press our clothes. Would have been nice.

The room was clean, staff helpful, and enjoyed the location on the bay. I would stay here again on the way to the UP.

The room was good but a bit dated. The door to bathroom was a little tight for wife’s walker. The toilet was a bit low but usable to wife. The service was great and nice people.

Upon first arrival I waited 20 minutes at the front desk before I got recognition I was there. After I was checked in I was told to pull around the side of the building and I could access my room from there. So that’s what exactly what I did, but unfortunately, the side door would not open, so I had to walk around the entire building and wait another 10 minutes to be recognized again. The front desk clerk walk me to my room and confirmed that the keys were not working for the outside door or my room. I was given another set of keys and those also did not open the outside door. So for two days, I’ve been walking around the side of the building so I can access my room and today day three I’m still not able to access the side door so I checked out and I will be staying somewhere That’s more convenient. Also the mattress is rock hard like plywood. Lastly no fan with heat, it’s either or. Who can sleep without a fan or heat when it’s 30 degrees out.

Very clean room, housekeeping staff supplied clean towels and emptied trash every day. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled of extreme smoke. There was blood stains on our sheets. The bathtub floor needs replacing, was squishy & not flat. We did not eat the breakfast.

The host at the reception desk was extremely helpful,going out of his way to be sure we got a room we liked - upstairs lakeview. Great employee you have there.
