Dirtiest hotel I have ever been to…. Bed bugs… stained sheets… dirty toilet… molding smell…I will never stay in this or any other Days Inn hotels again. no refund no service no help NOT AGAIN…. If I discover bed bugs came home with me I’m suing

Had to wait to be attended to at Reception for a while as no one present on arrival. The rooms smelt of smoke, the hall carpets are old and stained, no coffee machine in the room and the shower didnt work - you could only fill the tub. The bed was clean and comfy but nothing was available for Breakfast. a one night stop after flying into Atlanta as it was convenient on the route but one no to be repeated.

The worst ever! Phone doesn't work, tv doesn't work, guest computer and printer doesn't work, floor tiles coming off in bathroom (no grout) and for the first time in decades, no coffeemaker in room. But all that could be forgiven or explained away but when I asked the front desk clerk to talk to the supervisor, she said the supervisor wasn't available. I asked to talk to the manager and she called the manager but wouldn't let me talk to her and told me that the manager does not speak to guests about complaints. Therefore there was absolutely nothing that could be done until the next day when someone else was on duty. I asked to see the business license which was on the wall and is required by law to be displayed, and she indeed showed it to me but then told me that the person listed as owner is actually no longer the owner. So I asked who the new owner was and after calling the manager she told me that the manager said that she was not allowed to tell me the new owner's name. Absolutely unbelievable! I'll be calling not only the local business license office but also the health department for the violations that we have seen. To top it off, I was told, when the supervisor finally responded, that this is a corporate owned location. I find that extremely hard to believe but I will be checking.

This place is nasty and smells bad. When I checked in and went to my room. The door was already opened and had the lock for the inside holding it open. The carpet was very dirty and smelled. The bathroom had bugs my room 120.
