The room felt very neglected. The first room they gave me the handle for the bathroom door was about to fall off the door. The electrical outlet I plugged my phone charger in when I remove the cord the whole outlet came out of the wall. I was lucky I didn’t get electrocuted or it started the room on fire with a spark Second room. They gave me the handle on the toilet broke, and I wasn’t able to flush the toilet I had to take the top off reach in there and grab the plunger and lift it up to flush the toilet. They fix that right away then I had a little black bugs like flies. They gave me a partial can of Lysol disinfected to kill all the bugs there’s a tons of them in the bathroom and the breakfast you can’t even call out a breakfast. There is no bread out the toast. They did have a toaster. They had warm orange juice and agallon pitcher and an open. Gallon pitcher and an opened box of bagels, which didn’t look very appealing. They had cereal but no milk.

I booked a smoking room and they wouldn't give me a smoking room. This hotel smell super weird. The side entrance door is completely opened not safe at all. The only plus is I haven't found any bugs yet which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1

Staff is rude the people that stay year round be all in your business, smells like cigarettes in the non smoking room. Rooms poorly constructed

I just gave my money away for free we checked in and the main lobby smells so bad when we entered the room it was so filthy and dirty the smell was horrible grease on the table the mattress is the most disturbing and disgusting thing I ever seen all stain everywhere and the cover all dirty. We left immediately the pictures from the website are all deceiving think twice before booking here.

I paid for our motel room through Orbitz. When we checked in, they took my credit card for any other expenses, including adding the motel cost. When I checked out, they told me that the $72 would be removed later that day. When it was not removed that day, I called the next day and they told me to wait three days for it to be removed. Now it has been six days and it has yet to be removed. I called again and they told me to wait longer. I am very disappointed with the lack of helpfulness and service.
The motel is old with damaged furniture. The shower floor squeaked from being installed incorrectly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. When we return to Woodstock, we will not be going to this motel as they have not fixed the problem of paying for the motel twice.
