We like our room. The pool is good to use. The breakfast has plenty of food options. We like the dining area is nice to sit at and visit family

Ok, just don’t eat there
Room was fine, bed comfortable. Breakfast was a mess. I realize guest are at fault but zero staff had been cleaning up during the morning. Every table was dirty, counters, floors, food areas too. Dispensers broken, oatmeal dried up. No thank you!

Staff was efficient and helpful. Large and clean room. Quiet. Enjoyed a full breakfast with variety. Carpeting needs replaced throughout. Would stay here again.

办理入住手续既不友好，也没有人帮忙。

我们到的时候，厕所堵了！柜台的那位女士人很好，很乐于助人！
第二天早上，装鸡蛋的锅空了，还有其他一些东西。我告诉负责早餐的人，他直接关上了厨房的门，不理我。我又在那里待了大约15分钟，他什么也没拿出来。
房间大小和设计都很棒，楼下的休息室和户外桌椅非常舒适宜人。早餐选择丰富，品质一流。房间里的咖啡机有故障。热水浴缸不可用。早餐服务员忙得不可开交——盘子堆得满满的，四壶咖啡也都空了。
为我们办理入住的人根本没有提供任何信息。他把钥匙递给一位家人后，她问房间在哪儿，他含糊地指着身后说：“在后面”。
我为我的大家庭预订了一间套房，入住的是双人间。我打电话给前台，前台的女士说：“非常抱歉，他应该让你先跟我谈谈才能让你入住。” 长话短说，他们超额预订了房间，所以给了我们一张婴儿床，这还好。
为我们办理入住的前台工作人员拿来的婴儿床没有床上用品，所以晚饭回来的时候，我要求提供床上用品，他给了我一张单人床。然后我又要求提供一条毯子和一个枕头。他给了我一条毯子，但告诉我枕头没有了。
酒店的前台工作人员给我的住宿体验很糟糕。我以后再也不会住这家酒店了。
这家酒店维护得很好。房间干净，早餐很热，欢迎携带宠物入住，停车场对面就有一家餐厅，供应各种美食。如果非要说缺点的话，那就是床比较硬，但也仅此而已！
前台工作人员粗鲁无礼。负责早餐区的工作人员在被要求提供餐巾纸等物品时显得很不耐烦。食物很冷，而且区域很乱。客房清洁人员很有礼貌。
床很舒服。很安静。一切都很好，只是我们房间的景色不太理想。酒店后方停车场有半挂卡车停车场。不吵也不脏，只是有点意外。
