The staff is AMAZING! My flight landed at 9am and they were able to accommodate an early check-in. They were friendly and professional. My room was clean and fully stocked. Breakfast was great too.

The room was flooded due to an internal building leak when we checked in. The staff were friendly and helped us book a room at another hotel nearby. I would like a refund.

My check in late Wednesday into Thursday was great. Room was clean. I did notice an earring back was made up in between the sheets. After a day out on Friday we came back to the hallway carpet flooded with water right infront of our room. Upon entering the room the water had reached the hall inside and half of the bathroom floor. There was water leaking from the ceiling overtop of our 1 window with the heating system on it. I went to the front desk and reported the flooding & asked for towels to get up the water. Another person staying said the flood originated on his 5th floor so for it to be a huge water flood spot on ground level there was something seriously wrong going on. Around 9:30pm a man came around to check the room he opened the heater up messed with something closed it back up & left. The floor by the window was wet so we had to move our stuff away. Saturday I went morning before we left I went to the clerk & asked if cleaning could please clean our room & made sure the do not disturb sign was off the door. We returned that night to an unclean room. I was told from the first incident we would be discounted in charges due to the flooding & now another issue. Sunday morning the bathroom sink was leaking underneath. I have yet to see any discount or refund the stay was charged in full. Horribly managed and a huge inconvenience.

I have stayed at this same hotel MULTIPLE times now because we loved it so much…. This time? Not so much. First issue, there were boogers caked to the wall of our shower. Like 5 of them. Luckily I brought Clorox wipes with us. I cleaned what I found but I found more the morning of check out. Second, the shower drain didn’t work right. Every time we used the shower, it took 20 min before the water drained so it could be used again. Third, I needed a blanket on night two, the front desk didn’t have any. Fourth, the housekeeping. I appreciate them being on top of things BUT they came by at 9 am each day. On day 2, we needed some towels and garbage bags, the woman didn’t speak enough English to even be able to give me those things. On our 3rd morning (day of check out), once again 9am BUT SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOCK! She just swiped her key card and attempted to enter the room with us still in it. Check out isn’t even until 11! Luckily we had the top lock on so she couldn’t get in but she didn’t knock, didn’t announce herself, nothing. Just swiped her card and attempted entry. I even tried to speak with two different front desk attendants, they “took notes” but nothing else. I’m not saying we should be comped but this visit was ridiculous and idk if we will be back any time soon. They definitely need to get their housekeepers trained properly.

Recently stayed in room 107 and it was the worse experience I have ever experienced. The amount of noise you can hear all night long as well in the morning. The amount of slamming.

There was a couple dozen lady bugs in my room. The first day the maintenance man came and collected them. The second day I found more lady bugs and a roach. Staff did nothing but jot down my room number. My stay was ruined by paranoia of taking home insects. Will never stay here or another La Quinta ever again.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The hotel was undergoing renovations and the front entrance door could not be used. This reduced the number of handicapped parking spaces. Thus making us walk a farther distance to enter and leave the building. The renovations look quite nice.
