Bring your own cleaning supplies!! We stayed for 3 nights and im so glad i brought clorox wipes. Gum stuck under the side of the tv stand, kfc chicken skin pieces left on the window sill, hair around the toilet, carpet wasnt vacuumed, toiletries were used then put back into place, coffee supplies were opened then put back into place. Chair had a cigarette hole in it even though it was a smoke free room. Desk drawer had carvings of hearts with initials in it like it was a high school desk. All furniture was scratched or scuffed in some way. Staff was friendly but the parking lot was full of potholes and the outside of the building looked rundown. Breakfast was ok with bagels, toast, oatmeal, some cereal, and waffles.

You stayed with us with a promotional rate for three days. You did not bring any of these issues to the front desk. We could have had the head of housekeeping check all you reported. We have never received such a complaint regarding the cleanliness of our rooms. We agree it’s an older property and it’s time to renovate. We try our best to keep it clean.We accept negative reviews along with all positive reviews. We would have made your stay more comfortable if we were aware. Thank you for your business.

总之,我们不得不取消预订,另找住处。入住后,在房间里待了大概30分钟,我们就发现房子脏乱不堪,维护得很差……感觉自己被咬了,于是决定离开。地毯很脏。这里似乎是当地无家可归者乞讨的地方,然后找个便宜的房间过夜。工作人员很友好,但人手明显不足。业主或负责人明显缺乏关心。电梯坏了,游泳池关闭了,管道年久失修。大堂和房间里弥漫着难闻的气味。满分10分,简直是0分。前台的两位女士很友善,迅速而友好地帮我们办理了取消和退房手续。
我从未收到退款。由于我未满21岁,酒店不允许我入住。所以我甚至没有机会踏进我支付的房间,也没有拿到退款或退还我的钱。
房间里有烟味,床上有水槽,冰箱里有冰,前台登记处有霉味
浴室天花板发霉,制冰机坏了。十年或更长时间没有更新了。
服务很差,前台员工的态度很差,房间里有异味,早餐很糟糕。
