My stay was good, but I think the rooms can use a little upgrading, starting with the curtains and can sure be good if the rooms had ironing board

As soon as I entered the room after check-in I. Immediately smelled as if animals were living in the room. I asked the front desk for air freshener which the she agreed to deliver but never delivered. I had to purchase my own candle & air freshener. Someone or something vomited/urunated in front of the door outside of the room. A roach was in the bathroom, they used a ***** of carpet as baseboard, the carpet was stained, & the blanket smelled like pets. I have nothing against pets but if the hotel charges a fee for guests to bring pets, room service needs to make sure it is clean after guests check-out. Speaking of room service, while we were gone room.service only emptied the trash. They never changed the sheets or gave us fresh towels. In my opinion I think that room service just do the bare minimum waiting on an opportunity if you know what I mean. The pictures & peice on the internet convinced me to book the reservation. I WAS CATFISHED!!!

What I didn't like was the roaches in the bathroom. When you turned on the lights they scattered. Let the front desk know and was told the maintenance man would spray which made it worse.

Facilities need updated, carpet in room was filthy and nasty. Ceiling in shower had mold and was peeling. Bedside lamp did not work.

Horrible service
They did not put on line they were remodeling. I ended going to another hotel. The manager never called me back. The desk person said i couldn't get a refund. Extremely horrible experience!!
