My running shoes went missing from my room during my recent stay. I reported the issue to your staff and requested that the shoes be found or that I be compensated, but I have not received any response or follow-up.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and let me know how you intend to resolve it.

Have stayed there at least 10 times in one bedroom condo. We love proximity to Coaster, restaurants, the beach boardwalk and the spacious grounds with water view. Its just perfect and friendly professional staff too.
