Over all the room was very clean and comfortable except we had no hot water in the bathroom and could not use the shower because of it.

Very Nice property with a good breakfast buffet. We used the pool, exercise room and the mini store. Wayne at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home.

I was charged another hotel charge after I had already paid for two hotel rooms from *******. The receptionist was awful. Wasn’t friendly, didn’t ask if I was a Hilton rewards member or give us any information about the complimentary breakfast. Another receptionist did fix my rewards when I asked later. I want a refund for the extra charges for the two rooms I booked.
