The location was very convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping close. The room was clean, but very basic and had a small TV. There was no elevator, not a big deal but you had to carry your luggage upstairs to the second floor. Breakfast had hot options but the basic offerings were limited, no fruit or pastries, and the waffle maker was broken.

Hotel is overpriced

Our stay was okay. I think the hotel is overpriced for the room we stayed in. The tv didn’t work but the room was clean and I didn’t get the room I reserved the month before. I won’t go back

Let's start with the positives. While the hotel has some age on it, (mold in the shower, rust throughout the bathroom) overall the room was clean. You can tell they have made some upgrades (new floors and furniture). The breakfast had good options including cereal, bagels, eggs, biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker. The hotel is conveniently located to lots of dining options. Moving on the negatives. The hotel was very musty/humid and had a very foul odor. When I mentioned it to the reception desk, the clerk stated they had dehumidifiers and asked if I wanted one. I said yes, and he came back 10 minutes later to inform me, they only have 7 and all were in use. If this establishment has a global issue with ventilation, it should be addressed. Additionally, our refrigerator did not work. The clerk came to inspect and confirmed it was broken. (room 216) No alternatives were offered. We were only staying for 1 night, so it wasn't an issue. My biggest hang up was the fact that I booked this hotel based on all of the great reviews. Maybe my standards are higher than others, but I travel quite often and have stayed in some less than desirable establishments. The difference is I knew beforehand what I was getting into. Based on the reviews, I was expecting a much nicer establishment. And for a price of amount $200 a night, I was disappointed. Lastly, there is no elevator. If you are on the second floor, steps are required to access. Informing in case mobility is an issue.

Staff is always great and the breakfast is convenient but the hotel is kind of dirty. There’s been carpet torn up from the hall for over a year. The rooms are very damp feeling and have rust on metal surfaces. The floors in the room are always sticky feeling and hair in the bath towels

The hotel was old and unclean. The hallways were undone where you can see the broken cement. We decided to leave and not even stay the whole night like we payed for.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants. We could not carry our luggage up the stairs so the manager upgraded us to a larger room that was a handicap accessible room.

The hotel is old, and the rooms really need to be renovated. The bathrooms had a lot of aged and worn areas, especially rust in the shower, and hairspray residue all over the bathroom door. For one night, it was fine. The bed was clean and comfortable, but there were stains on the top blanket. I don't sleep with that on the bed anyway. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall, my stay was average. For $130 for one night, i expected a bit more.
