The beautiful tile floors are dusty. The ceilings and walls have big water leaks with open Sheetrock exposing the wet areas.
I smelled what seemed to be a musty mold smell in the hallway and this is where they gave me a room.
I asked for a room closer
To my vehicle to keep an eye on it as I have my entire household in a trailer.
They told me there was no rooms available but the place is only an 1/8 full of occupants.
The doors out the back are out of order and no access is available in or out.
Have to say I was disappointed because I’ve spelt many nights in the hotel over the years.
It has really gone down hill.

Very disappointed
I expected more after the reviews I had read, but I was very disappointed. I had stayed at this hotel over 15 years ago and not much had changed. The bathrooms were renovated and the carpet in the rooms had been replaced, but not much ch else had improved. The beds were uncomfortable and I was very surprised to find metal frames holding the mattresses. The furniture was old and damaged. Overall not what I was expecting.

My husband is from Las Cruces, and this is the closest hotel to his mom's house, and also a nostalgic choice. Last year we enjoyed the "vintage charm," appreciated that the staff were doing the best they could with what they had, and found it acceptable. This year it was too far gone to ignore that it is shabby and in desperate need of renovations. Next time we will stay elsewhere.

Most importantly, the room was very clean, specifically the bed, the bedding and the bathroom and shower. The room also smelled clean as we walked in. Not musty at all.
The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.
It’s an older property that needs a little bit of TLC, but they are working on it which was good to see. It looks like they’re undergoing a complete renovation. I hope they leave some of the original charm.
The bed was very comfortable. We had a good nights sleep.
Next time I’m in Las Cruces I would definitely stay here.

NOISE
The hotel is nice if a bit dated, but there was so much noise all night!! I’m not sure what was going on at the attached building Club 30 but the people were coming in and out and it echoed through the hallways. At 11pm i heard someone screaming. The breakfast lady was super nice though, 11/10 for all service people i spoke with.

由于电源插座很少，而且位置很差，所以给设备充电比较困难。
