Staff was super nice and tried to accommodate when I asked for an early check-in. Unfortunately, once we were in our rooms, we saw roaches in the bathroom which made us have to shake our clothes and bags out prior to leaving. The beds were very hard and the pillows were cheap without any firmness. Sure, the room was only around $200 per night, but we shouldn’t be at risk for taking roaches home.

Arrive late on Friday night. The man at the counter was polite and helpful. He was the best part of the hotel. After leaving the lobby the halls smelled possibly smoke or ****. The beds and pillows were far too firm (not my preference others may like that).
The female that worked Saturday morning couldn’t be inconvenienced to even look at people as they entered the lobby. I paid for 2 rooms for my family of 7. For breakfast it was a carafe of milk, 3 options of cereal, cheap bread you could toast, coffee, a broken juice machine and 4 packages of donuts. My 5 kids wanted donuts but there were only enough for 4 kids so they asked if there were more. Again the lady seemed inconvenienced and said if there aren’t any out they are gone.
Any family getting to breakfast after 7am essentially had a choice of bread or cereal.
Only saving graces were price and coffee. The lady could learn how to do her job from the night shift guy.

Are those really queen size beds
I thought we booked two rooms with two queen beds. Non smoking. Smelled like smoke. And I'd swear those were smaller than queen beds.

Promises not delivered 😕
The parking was questionable. Park at your own risk a d there were questionable individuals hanging out in their parking lot. Said they had breakfasts, yet low and behold no breakfast was available.

When we first walked into the entrance to get to rooms the scent of pot and cigarette smoke smacked us right in the face. It smelled like smoke all weekend. We had the a/c set as low as it would go and it was still too hot in the room to cover up with anything while in bed. There were mold stains around the top of the shower. Also, i could be wrong but i didn't think you had to ask for tye teash to be taken out of the room daily.
