The staff was very nice room was clean and breakfast was very good biscuit and gravy cereal and waffles and few other things all worth eating. Good people.

Bed was poorly made. Dresser in the room was broken. Outlets didn’t work. Bunch of people were standing outside drinking and smoking.

Not so good
Well I had to switch rooms. The attendant was very rude. He charged me more for the room than what the initial payment was supposed to be. He also refused to give the military discount because he said we’re already getting a still in the room because we went through a third-party. I don’t understand why they offer the military discount if they don’t intend to apply it. Just a very rude attendant. If they don’t like their job, they should switch it.

Dalhart’s Crappiest Lodgings
Everything crappy. Broken shower head. Bed lumpy. TV didn’t work. Cheapest furnishings available. Parking lot speed bumps gone but nails still there. Manager said he’d call today as I had to wash my hair in the sink. Of course he didn’t.

Good for sleep and move on to the next location
Great Mexican restaurant next door, good coffee across the street, bed was fine, access was fine, just kinda dirty, bathroom has issues, fine for a quick grab some sleep and move on down the road.

The train tracks run next to the hotel. The hotel is at a major intersection so the train blows the horn every time. Trains run all night.
