The air conditioning kept going off all through the night and the Wi-Fi kept dropping. There was food on the floor in the room including a slice of lime and some raisins. There were two hairs on one of the bed sheets. Will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

The first room I was given the door was open, so I did not go in asked to be moved to another room. I was said to a room downstairs that was dirty smelled like smoke and had no working air-conditioning in the windows did not like it felt very unsafe to me. The desk clerk was very nice, but she was unable to do anything to rectify the problems. I did not stay at this property.

Bathroom tight and shower did not close fully. Ac did not run cool. Pool was out of order. And upon 1st coming into room had a foul smell

The air conditioner in my room did not work and the hotel room door was not secure. It was falling off the frame. The carpet had a stain that looked like dry blood on it which made me feel uneasy that a crime scene had happened in the room and was not cleaned up.

Hotel is unaccommodating. I accidentally booked the wrong date as I was traveling. Showed up within a couple hours to realize it had been booked for the following weekend. They told me that I could not change and ended up having to pay for a second room. Ridiculous that they are unable to move reservation or refund for the room I was unable to stay in. ******* did nothing to help as well.

这真的是我这辈子住过的最糟糕的地方，非常脏，缺乏维护，有我这辈子从未见过的蟑螂，一切都很糟糕，我这辈子都不会再回到这个地方了，早餐和土豆都很硬，这不是很糟糕，我预订了两个晚上，但第一个晚上我不得不离开，更好
