I would give zero stars or negative stars if I could. I had a prepaid reservation. Prepaid! I show up, and not to be disrespectful or ******, but the staff did not speak great English, but they communicated that they had no rooms. I showed them the confirmation, which showed that it was a prepaid reservation, no room. I ended up going to a different hotel, but totally unprofessional they should’ve canceled the reservation, I’m going to dispute the charges with my bank. Because I did try to talk to the manager, and I got nowhere. Very extremely unprofessional.

The worst place I have ever stayed. Do not go here! Stains on the towels, no hand soap (but there is mouthwash, go figure!), broken air conditioner, smells like smoke and other indistinguishable nasty smells. Long term residents throughout the building, smoking is allowed on 3rd floor. The first room they gave us had koolaid or some red juice spilled in the floor inside the door so they gave us the room with the broken air conditioner and the dog prints and dog hair on the spread and hair on the sheets. It is a disgusting place with unsavory characters hanging around.

鉴于这是一家速8酒店（Motel 6），其实很难抱怨什么，毕竟老话都说“一分钱一分货”。而这次，我确实是体验到了。淋浴间的浴缸里到处都是墙皮碎屑，但旁边却整齐地放着一套小毛巾和洗发水。我不禁想……这是在他们钻墙之前放的，还是之后？因为无论是哪种情况，都没人清理。我以前也住过这种汽车旅馆，显然，如果你在路上，需要的时候就得停下来。然而，这绝对是我见过最糟糕的之一。房间里所有的灯都甚至没有插上电源，我不得不把床拖出来才能找到插座。
