No one was in the office when we left at 6:00 AM so we left key cards in the window pass through.

The overall room appearance meaning furniture and furnishings was fine. However the painting and the caulking all just seemed to be slapped on and the overall appearance was pretty bad. It looked sort of junky and very low quality. I wondered about the cleaning.
The man at the desk was pleasant but very difficult to understand. There were light bulbs blown out and I had to call the front desk to get hot water after it running it on “H” for 12 minutes. He advised me to turn it close to “C” to get hot water. The water was hot but frustrating to get it.

The room was full of the stink bugs- front desk manager acted as if we were crazy for not thinking that it was okay !
