Fitness room was not as pictured in ad and that was one reason i chose that hotel so disappointing, also no breakfast and that should have been clear at time if reservation or at least a couple days before so other arrangements could have been made

The experience started off poorly when we waited 10 min at the front desk for an employee to appear to check us in. As soon as we entered our room, our shoes made the sound as if the floors were sticky. The insulation in the walls was horrendous as we could feel and hear the TV through the walls and hear everything they were saying. It’s as if the door that conjoins the room was made of paper. We could even smell their fast food seep through the door into our room. Thankfully, we brought our sound machine and had it on full blast. The comforter had several snags in the fabric which did not make me excited to jump in the bed. I guess this is what you get when you stay at a Comfort Inn. The breakfast was horrible and the coffee even worse.

I'm glad we only needed a one night stay. Upon arrival, we were not greeted. There was someone on their phone and we stood there until they noticed us, and even then they just check us in with little to no greeting. The placed reeked of smoke. Even on our level of "no-smoking" rooms, it was awful. When we entered into our room, it was almost like wet? It was so humid and everything almost felt moist to the touch. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was an old soap bar left in the shower, white stains on the bathroom door, rusted bathroom areas, the closet door was hanging off the railing. I called the hotel for resolve because I was in wedding festivities the entire time, but I was met with "well you should have told someone". While I understand that, we checked in a night past my baby's bedtime and I was already late for bridal party responsibilities and would be leaving very early in the morning for wedding things. These things weren't noticed until I was officially back in the room for the night and my husband and baby were already asleep, so no I was not going to change rooms at that point. Anyway, I tried to resolve things by calling the hotel now that I'm settled in at home, but was met with more blame than resolve.
