Worst hotel ever. The customer service was very rude. The lady that worked front desk never offered me another room. My TV was not working. She said I had to wait till maintenance come. I called two hours later, she had an attitude and said to give them time to come. I said ok. Your hours went by I called. She said everyone's left for the day there's nothing she can do. I said could u just refund me some money back since my TV isn't working. She said I would need to talk to management in the morning. She never offered me another room. Checkout time she was still there. i said can I speak to management because my TV wasn't working and she said I need to speak to management concerning refund. She said well I'm sorry I can't get any money back. She called maintenance and told them to fix my TV after I done checked out. She did that to cover herself. She knew she was in wrong. I did not pay a room for my TV not to be working. That was very poor customer service. I arrived on April 17, left April 18, 2024. I want looking gurl refund the entire room pay just something because my TV wasn't working or give me another room. I don't know the front desk name. She was a black woman on the heavy side. I'm describing what she looks like not to be offensive. I want corporate to do something about it that's why I described what she looks like. I felt I was mishandled very rude as a customer. I will not ever go back to this hotel ever. Bad front desk customer service.

Awful location, terrible aesthetic, everything looks sticky and unclean. I booked directly from The Choice hotel website for non-smoking, 1 king size bed but the front desk female clerk put me in a smoking, 2 queen size bed room. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere better.
