我来到这家酒店,客服简直烂透了,前台的举止也完全不关心自己在做什么。我们入住的两个房间中,其中一个房间的淋浴和冰箱坏了,我们不得不换洗衣服,因为我们想打开淋浴和冰箱,结果它掉在地上。那天晚上晚些时候,孩子们在一楼和二楼嬉闹玩耍。更糟糕的是,在停车场,有两对成年人/情侣在面包车里喝啤酒和烈酒。我简直不敢相信我们在这家酒店经历了什么,它完全给我们一种极其廉价的印象,如果我没记错的话,早餐应该有咖啡和糕点,好吧,连这些都没有。说实话,我再也不会去那里了,我很乐意花更多钱去其他酒店。哇,真是个糟糕的地方。
我没有入住这家酒店,希望退款。它又脏又恶心!我不知道他们怎么有3星。一个房间的门塞是从金属框架上撕下来后用一块木头固定的。灯坏了。窗户被打破了。我无法连接到互联网足够长的时间来找到另一家酒店。
请退还我的钱。

支付的钱是可以的,但是浴缸不能使用,因为我无法密封浴缸,这样水就会留在浴缸里。房间很陈旧而且不是最新的。
有点过时了。门上的安全锁没有锁。闻起来就像以前是吸烟室一样。
