I only stayed for one night. I had a nice big room with a desk to do some work. The hotel has a small store with some food, but no bar or restaurant. The room has a coffee maker. The hotel is offering a basic breakfast. The surroundings are quiet, no restaurants close by.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. However, we could not sleep due to the upstairs having an extremely thin ceiling. We could hear every footstep. I asked to be move but the front desk said they were sold out. I am sorry to say but next time in Orono, we will not be staying at the hotel.

I have never enjoyed to stay more than I did at the blackbear Inn. The facilities are immaculate, and the staff are the kindest I’ve ever met in a hotel. I absolutely enjoyed my stay with them! You won’t go wrong!

Recommend - comfy beds!
Exceptional customer service! We stayed in the jet tub suite and the room was very spacious with a super comfy bed! The living room and bedroom area was divided with folding doors which was nice. Each room had their own tv. The living room area had a futon and 2 comfy rockers. I'm not sure how well the room was cleaned though. There were gold fish crackers on the floor in the living room as well as straw and wrapper on the jet tub area. The bedding was clean and the tub was clean. The breakfast had gluten free bread - thank you! The breakfast also had breakfast sandwiches, omelets, oatmeal, waffle maker, yogurts, muffins, and bagels.
When we arrived there was hot chili and lemonade in the lobby! There was also ice cream treats available whenever you wanted one. Also chocolate covered pretzel sticks! This was a very nice touch and much appreciated!
I would definitely recommend staying here. You are only 2 exits from the Bangor shopping area and it was very quiet.

Exceptionally friendly front desk staff. Pet friendly. This is a no frills property that is very close to the UMaine campus. Clean room and nice amenities (complimentary coffee and ice cream). My only complaint is that the walks are thin and you can hear all the noise from neighboring rooms. We were stuck next to a loud snorer. Nothing the hotel can do about that but I hope the next time the rooms are renovated they consider minimizing noise transference.

尽管中间有很多曲折，但我还是推荐它。
由于分配到的第一个住宿的门锁坏了，我换到了另一个房间，第二天晚上，发生了火警警报，我不得不疏散酒店大约20分钟。至 30 分钟。除此之外，我真的很喜欢免费停车和免费早餐，而且床垫很软，我睡得很好。此外，由于这是一家允许携带宠物的酒店，因此携带宠物狗旅行的客人可以住得很好，不会遇到任何重大不便。
