The room look ok but a bug bite my arm which turned into a massive abscess I was in pain for muiltable days and had to go to urgent care twice and still require another trip for removal I reached out to corporate they offered me point and the hotel owners hadn't gotten back to me but I already lost 5 days and 2 days in a waiting room

Very nice property. Very clean inside and out. booked suite with 2 beds and sofa sleeper. Huge room. Loved the availability of smokers spots all around. In a nice area with lots of dining and shopping. Only drawbacks were no elevators and no luggage carts. Would recommend highly.

Housekeeping was amazing, front desk was friendly and quick with check in. It was quiet place, off the highway but surrounded by many different places to shop and eat. It’s been renovated and theyve continued to make it better. Our stay was a 10/10 .

Follow up to the general manager projecting himself onto me as a customer who filed complaints about an issue while we tried to stay at this hotel for one night. Do not recommend this hotel for a stay if you desire a normal hotel experience.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself. I was satisfied with my stay. However, two days after check out, I discovered I was charged $217 for a couple of quarter sized coffee stains on a sheet. These accidents happen, and at any other hotel, it would have simply been washed. Not here. I have been told that the general manager would contact me about this. I have been waiting a week and they refuse to respond to my emails or call me back. They have no intention of doing so. This hotel gets few guests, so they are obviously trying to squeeze every dollar out of the few guests they do have. It is a shame because I always go the extra mile of making sure my room is left in very good shape for the cleaning staff. Do not stay here unless you want your cards to be charged fraudulently and be completely ignored by the general manager. They will lie to you and steal from you. Stay somewhere else!

We were very pleased with our recent one night stay at this motel. Everything was clean, fairly comfortable beds and the free breakfast was simple but adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would be happy to stay there again.

Had a pre-paid reservation made weeks in advance. Arrived around 11:30 p.m. to be told that my reservation was canceled. No explanation, no offer of assistance in finding another place to sleep that night. Literally was told, "you're out of luck." Found out the next day that the hotel thought I was going to be a no-show and figured they could sell the same room twice for the same night. A glaring example of greed NOT hospitality. Got a refund but that was beside the point.

Woman at desk laughed at me when I said there was a much cheaper rate on line. She said "try to get it." There was a container for cigarettes outside our door (non-smoking room) which made our room smell like smoke. There were no bars on the shower, which made it very difficult for a senior to get our in and out. No place to hold soap or shampoo in the shower.

I have had an account with them for over 20 years. I used to use them a lot, but haven’t been traveling much lately. We’re planning a trip for next month, and i called their customer service people 10 days ago since i recall having free nights that I hadn’t used yet, A very nice women checked my account and confirmed that i had 2 free nights which had recently expired. She checked w her manager and told me they were going to tcredit me for the 2 nights, since i have been a customer so long. She told me she would contact me the following Wed to confirm that thr 2 nights wete credited. she never got bsck in touch with me. I made several calls to them since then, and they ste denying thst i ever had the original conversation with them, and that my free nights had expired, and refused to credit me st all . Boy how things change. They used to be an excellent company to work with and were very customer service oriented, Never again!
