The pool & hot tub were fantastic! The hotel staff provided excellent customer service & the property was very clean.

Loved the pool, steam room and hot tub even though the jets weren’t working. Nice staff and great room. Good location as well. Very close to the Snodgrass trail.

Clean room, friendly staff, excellent location to the ski area, and the ski village. Convenient transportation to the town of Crested Butte. And, excellent location for exploring absolutely beautiful excursions into the surrounding mountains and drives, hiking.

Stay was OK, room was a bit tired for the price, room was clean but not impeccable. Breakfast was not included as advertised - restaurant was closed for the season. The check-in staff were friendly, welcoming and informative.

Great place to stay, acces to hiking and ski lifts. The one big drawback is NO food or restaurant service (when we were there in October). That was unacceptable. Do better for people that aren’t on the slopes!

Room was clean and as described. The only issue is that the walls are paper thin and the party next door was noisy.
