Stay was good. The only complaints were the walls were a bit thin. We could hear our neighbors coughing, talking etc in middle of the night and the toilet in the bathroom was super low..almost catering to children. My husband and I are average to tall and it was definitely noticeable. Staff was great and very helpful and kind. Breakfast bar well stocked. Would stay there again if in the area.

Omg it was so loud hard to sleep all you hear was noise and banging all night. I called the front desk he can and see where it was coming from, but I guess it was a handle because they still was banging all night all morning.

Property was clean, easy to access. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Overall great experience.

From check in to check out everything was great! I am always a little wary of cleanliness when staying in hotels, but this location ticked all my boxes! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom areas were clean. There was a variety of breakfast options in the morning and the chef in charge was very diligent in keeping everything stocked and in working order. I did have a room right next to the elevator so there were some intermittent mechanical sounds but nothing that prevented me from sleeping. There are many convenient stores close to this hotel and it is a nice location outside of Cleveland to avoid the hefty downtown hotel costs. I would recommend this hotel to a friend for sure!

环城高速下来就是，市中心太拥挤，这里上哪都方便，去克利夫兰市中心和中国超市中餐馆聚集区大概15分钟，盖的是被子不是毯子。
住得很开心。酒店很干净，员工都非常好。整个酒店闻起来也很香。没有吃早餐。
早餐很棒
一切都很好，就是押金收了100美元，还说要3-5个工作日才能退还——为什么会这么久？
床比较舒服 早餐也不错有培根就是有点煎过头了
房间很宽敞，但有点脏。很遗憾我订的是两床房，但只得到一张床。
