Staff courteous, attentive and informative. Breakfast is very basic. Room is sufficient for needs including coffee, hair dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer combo, laundry and pool . Very reasonable price very close to attraction.

The property is a bit older and well-used, but the rooms have been refreshed. They have free-WiFi as well as a coffee maker, frig and microwave. You will save money from the other choices in the are.

I made pictures if you would like to see, First. we are both senior ladies, had to climb 15 steps each time. Flooring was coming apart and tried to cover damage with a DIRTY Throw rug, Burn hole in blanket on bed, furniture old and damaged, Dirty vent in bathroom. Broken blind on window. Worse place I have ever stayed, You need to quit booking this place

It wasn’t like I needed to leave immediately, I stayed three nights. But I wouldn’t book it again. The room was musty smelling and an old building can only be fixed up so many times without a complete renovation. There probably hasn’t been any renovation since 1967 when it was built. Better coffee would have been some redemption.

Looks like the room was updated but the drywall mud was uneven but that really wasn’t the issue. The only issue that I really had was the bathroom door would not shut.

Way too expensive. This room should not cost $125. It should be more about a $60 room. I would have never stayed here. Online the writing looked good, but I would not recommend this whatsoever. The first time we flushed the toilet it overflowed and it’s just a dirty place. We stayed here because we went to see the ark but I would recommend spending the extra money and staying at the Hampton.

We were there just one night. We felt safe, and there was plenty of parking. The pillows were a little hard.
