We had booked 2 rooms due to a huge event and all the hotels were booked. As we entered the lobby we were hit with the smell of pot. My room had hair in the tub (passed on the shower), the ac was rattling and loud. The other room vent was hanging in the bathroom and the light would not turn on.

Bad Choice
The floors were dirty, there was no pillow case on a pillow. We had only a half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and only 1 small bar of soap. The TV did not get the basic local channels and when asked for help finding them the worker was no more help than I was on my own.

Never again. Did not stay , checked out same day . felt very unsafe expected way better for the area.

Key didn't work
Because of an airline delay we didnt arrive until 6 am. We asked for a late checkout. No. Was the only answer we got. Key to room did not work. My husband returned to the desk for a new one, he didnt believe us... came us to show us it worked... it didnt. He told us he would go down and make another and let us in with the master key. When he didnt show back up, my husban went down. The desk guy was setting up breakfast. New key, still didnt wirk. Oh well, at this point we are only getting 3 hours of sleep anyway . Checked out at 11

Disappointed
The positives: the room was clean, furniture including the bed were all as they should be. The negatives: the sheets did not stay on the mattress, one pillow had no pillowcase, I waited at the front desk almost five minutes before the staff member arrived. But the worst problem was the air conditioner, it came on for 5 minutes, then off for 20. No setting on its remote seemed to help. I would not stay there again.
