Bro was dirty in microwave didn’t work and they would not switch my room. Very bad customer service.

You get what you pay for in this instance. There was mold on the tub caulk, but the water pressure was decent. I had two towels and one washcloth, no shower mat. Toilet paper ran out immediately. The only light in the bathroom was from the mirror. The base molding was peeling off the wall. Plenty of lamps in the main portion of the room. Tv was decent with okay channels nothing premium level. The security deposit was larger than the cost of the room, i found that odd. I did not see any bugs!

The AAC not work properly , some people smoking on publics áreas look dirty common areas

They had an accessible shiwer room available. Price seems to fluctuate but if i can get that room when in town its worth it, to an extent of course.

When we got our room there was no microwave or fridge and the no cords to the TV we went down and got someone to come fix it and after waiting 20mins we called down because no one had came yet we had left to get dinner and came back tv still was fixed finally they switched our room. We also had an issue with our key it would let us in the building but not our room we had to go to the lobby to get that fixed twice. Over all it was a ok place to stay the room was nice.
