INVESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!!!
When I see them I killed it with tissue and went to the office to show them proof that they got bugs and they immediately got angry saying no they don't have bugs that if I say they have bugs they gonna take my deposit and I can leave .... Complete trash hotel I had to sit on the table till check out cuz they wouldn't do anything not even change rooms and the worst part about it they tried to flip it on me saying I brought the bugs !!! Completely disgusting not just the place attitude also do not recommend!!!

The front desk person was very pleasant. Area was sketchy. Garbages outside were overflowing. Not very inviting. We did get a ground floor room. So that was nice. But it was dirty and unkept. There were crumbs in our beds, dirty sheets, dirty floors, dirty bathroom. The whole place needed to be fixed up. It was really gross.

我在那儿住了几周。警车总是进进出出停车场！入住的最后几天，警察突击搜查了我房间旁边的房间。他们还把我的房间分配给了其他人，结果这些人竟然闯了进来，撞见了我还有当时在我房间的客人！
他们让一些人免费住在那儿打扫房间。但他们以前有个规定，员工不能住在酒店里。这个规定现在还挂在大堂的窗户上。
以前Ashley在的时候，房间总是很干净，酒店也从没出过什么问题！
这个酒店的新管理层不如以前好。这里已经变得一团糟，再也回不到过去了！我付了房费，结果一整天都在被他们侵犯隐私！他们对员工不做任何背景调查和文书工作。而且我不在的时候，他们还会进我的房间！
没有住在这家酒店。我在预订时备注了会带一只小狗，但是酒店没有可以带小狗的房间。

员工应该好好打扫房间，而不是敷衍了事。还有，不要因为有人起晚了一点就生气。
