& I volunteered to help decorate the Christmas tree! Very nostalgic & staff made me feel like family here. I appreciate your genuine care with a peaceful nites comfort sleep. Especially I enjoyed the hospitality for delicious warm continental breakfast prepared by Tim to start my day! Very kind & service with a smile. Thank you to Leo for accommodating & helping us thru this week at the front desk. We sincerely appreciate all of you. Merry Christmas La Quinta wish you all the Best in 2026✨️

we reserved 2 double rooms for 6 people to stay in & they gave them away before we got there. all they had left was 2 rooms with 1 bed for 4 people. i don’t get the point of a “reservation” if they don’t honor it. we couldn’t find a room for the other 2 people nearby so they slept on the floor with a blanket. worst la quinta experience ever

The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. The only problem we had was getting the room entry card to work properly. Sometimes it did and other times it didn’t.

The room itself was not bad but the room was supposed to be a suite and when I arrived it was not a suite and they had all been booked. When getting into the room my girlfriend and I realized there was a human acrylic nail just sitting on the desk. The chair had plastic garbage in it as well. It was very apparent they didn’t care to clean the room one bit.

Problem with Billing. Paid for Reservation thru your app and paid in full. During our stay , Every Day someone (staff) kept rerunning our cash app card and trying recharge card for FULL AMOUNT THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID.
ALSO SEVERAL TIMES EACH DAY WOULD HET LOCKED OUT OF HOTEL AND ROOM WOULD HAVE TO GO TO DESK HAVE ROOM KEY REACTIVATED!

The room wasnt the greatest but wasnt the worst. The bathroom really needed some extra attention, the tub was clogged. The staff could use some customer service lessons.

The staff was barely able to understand English. The facility continues to decline with a very questionable elevator. Asked for my room to be cleaned once while I was there. It did not happen and it seemed like the clerk did not understand my request. The mattress and pillows were in need of replacement. The refrigerator was very loud as was the air conditioner.

Room was clean and comfortable, only issue was the hair dryer was inoperable in Room 129.

Poor maintenance. Room 327 Microwave out of order, electric iron without steam, room service person is not permitted for exchange used towels on next day. Guest has to bring dirty towels to front deck for exchange.
