5 Stars – Excellent Stay!
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The entire property was spotless, and the room was incredibly spacious with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. The staff was warm, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

My stay at the Four Points Sheraton-Brunswick was excellent. From check in to check out, I have zero complaints. The front desk manager, Shana (I think was her name), was very thorough and friendly, providing great customer service. My room was clean and comfortable. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I was only there for one night, but definitely was pleased with my stay.

房间里没有微波炉，而且因为煤气泄漏，我们不得不临时疏散整栋楼。在房间里能听到周围所有人的谈话声，还有很多砰砰的撞击声和叮当声。客房服务很棒，但总的来说，这次度假体验并不好。
房间很脏，床单枕套上沾满了化妆品污渍。餐厅名义上还在营业，但实际上没人，所以我根本点不到餐。选择极其有限，我只能用外卖平台Uber Eats点餐。房间很吵，走廊里有人走过都能听见，根本睡不着。
员工态度粗鲁傲慢，设施无法使用，卫生条件差，不适宜居住。
玻璃推拉门周围的淋浴间非常脏。
