Comfy, comfy bed and pillows. Shower had good water pressure and it was nice and hot. The price was right.
FYI, no coffee pot in the room but Starbucks and Burger Kingis within walking distance and no hair dryer

Minimal at Best
The Check-in, Check-out persons were pleasant,
The room itself showed excessive wear on its flooring, bathroom walls and sink.
I paid for two nights. When leaving the first morning, I spoke with the maids that were cleaning the room directly across from mine, telling them I would be gone for the day and they could replace the towels and make the bed at their convenience. Upon returning, nothing had been cleaned or replaced, I called the front desk, and the clerk told me that "they don't always make the beds, and if I brought my used towels to the desk he could give me fresh ones. I won't return to this hotel.

Room was dirty went to let the front know. We were put in another room still dirty. We were gonna just stay because it was 1am and we have a 2 year old. Until we pulled back the sheets on bed 1 there was hair all on the sheets. Pulled back bed 2 and there was dirt all in the bed. Went back to the front to let him know he was angry because we couldn’t stay in the nasty rooms and had an attitude because he said he had to clean the bathrooms in both rooms. We don’t know why he was concerned for the bathrooms when both rooms needed deep cleaning.

Hugely disappointing!
The first room I got the telephone did not work and the bedding with filthy. I asked for another room. The second room I got the phone was not functional and there were opened soap packages in the bathroom.

Walked into room, had moldy smell, toilet was clogged and water on bathroom floor. Towels stained. We had to plunge the toilet ourselves and when that didnt work we we told to snake it ourselves, we also had to take out our own trash to the dumpster. Was not offered reimbursement or anything.

Idk who cleans these rooms but it’s absolutely horrible… the floors are so filthy I wouldn’t take my sandals off.. someone really needs to deep clean this place

You get what you pay for. The pictures are misleading! Lipstick on a pig. The tile wood-look floors were peeling. Windows were broken and dirty with cobb webs everywhere. Bathroom mirror still had toothpaste stains, shower floor was stained, NO ELEVATOR, no mirror outside the bathroom, my bedspread had a handprint weirdly superimposed on it. (I have pictures) The towels are cheap, thin, and worn. The hallway carpet was dingy, smelled like mold, and the A/C in the hallway was not working well. I've stayed at many Red Roof Inns and this one was nothing like any of the others. I was terribly disappointed but I shouldn't have expected too much given what I paid.
