The stay didn’t happen. Upon arrival for check in, they asked my name and said that my prepaid reservation was canceled. I was not able to get a refund or stay at this place.

Appearance is misleading and not up to date. Policies are not transparent and vague listed on ******* in reference of $100.00 cash deposit. I paid ahead of time and within half an hour arrived at location to be happily greeted about there’s a deposit from rep. I stated i was not informed of this I would like a refund and she stated “You’re not the first it happens all the time”. So they know people are being misled but refuse to disclose this important information and take people’s hard earned money for free in exchange for nothing. Who knows how much free money they have collected. I was not comfortable or felt that it was worth it to have an additional $100.00 tied up with a raggedy establishment. I wanted budget friendly and decent this is not what this was. Because I did not want to pay deposit I lost my money because apparently it is no refund but I was not told it would be an additional fee of a security deposit. This is not okay and they are scammers because once you pay ******* the hotel gets paid and it’s not right. I will be disputing this because I did not receive services for charges that I was took for. I want everyone to be aware and call and drive by hotels before paying ahead.

The shower is rusty and the bedsheets had holds allover. The night lamps are rusty and very old.

The bed was made the tub was dirty and had hair in it and wouldn't drain the fridge had a smell it it that was outside of this world I only reason it finished my stay it was late and I had worked 12 hours

Horrible experience
Nasty and awful stay. The breakfast was nonexistent. The beds where hard, water took forever to get hot, paint peeling from ceiling, and no smoke detector.

We were given a room that reaked of urine,the walls were marked and bruised, stains all over the carpet, after bringing to attention, the attendant seemed more concerned if we turned on the lights in the room and were we sure we wanted another room? We were given the room next door...it had a mild smell of bug spray but we tolerated it .the AC was off so it took about 90mins for the room to cool down...the Room was pretty beat up.tge toilet fill valve ran all night. Breakfast downstairs had 4 slices of white bread,Luke warm coffee,no spoons,no lids for cups...the whole experience was a disappointment especially for a Wyndham property.

我们抵达酒店时，前台服务态度不太好。我们被要求支付100美元的押金。酒店很干净，但急需翻新。每张床只有两个扁平的枕头，我们不得不出去另外购买枕头。每晚我们四个人只分到一个洗脸巾。酒店没有告知我们冰块机的位置，也没有提供任何地图，所以我们整个住宿期间都没能拿到冰块。我们没有去吃早餐，所以不清楚早餐怎么样。第二晚，床单上有烧焦的痕迹，就像有人抽烟不小心把烟头掉在上面一样。这肯定是我们最后一次，也是唯一一次住这家速8酒店了。对这家速8酒店太失望了！
