Too many things are wrong
During our stay, we found several things wrong with the hotel room. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, the carpet going around the base of a divider wall was coming off and my mother tripped on it, the sink was clogged (initially we knew something was wrong bc the stopper wasnt even placed inside the sink, it was on the counter) so brushing your teeth or washing your hands- the sink backed up, the floor gripper in the shower (so you do not slip and fall) was a quarter of the way torn off the tub floor and water was getting underneath it, hair was left behind on the shower wall, and the TV didnt work. One reason I chose this hotel was for the pool so my daughters could swim, well the pool was under maintenance so that plan didnt work and we were never made aware that the pool would be out of commission. I usually dont complain about much, understanding that things happen and places are under staffed, but we told the manager at checkout and she pretended to write everything down and said they would get right on it. When we left she just walked away from the computer and went to a back room. I doubt anything was corrected. Overall not pleased with the place, but served its purpose for sleeping and showering. I will not return to this hotel and we are in this area frequently since my daughter moved.

Not totally clean
Not too bad, but not totally clean. There was a big blob of dried toothpaste by the sink. I used one of the makeup remover cloths to wipe the counter and came away with quite a bit of dust. Towel shelves were dusty in the corners and the towels were placed haphazardly. Small beds and very hard to walk around without banging your shins (my husband did it twice before moving to the other bed). Also 2 lightbulbs out in bathroom, so no light by sink. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pool Closed = Disappointed Kids
We booked this hotel for a family wedding specifically because of the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance so my kids were very disappointed. The breakfast was okay - the staff running the breakfast was distracted by her cell phone, but managed to refill food items once they ran out. Beds were smaller than expected, and there were no extra blankets in the room for the fold out, so my 3 kids scrunched into one bed. I did not attempt to call down for extra blankets. All in all, it was an okay experience. Good, not great.

1'Hotel is terribly outdated and poorly maintained. No secure entrance at rear door. Lights need updating to LED most are dull filliment bulbs. Etc.

You would think for $400 a night, you would be staying in a very nice hotel. That was not the case
