The staff is always the most welcoming and accomadating group. They really make you feel welcome and treat you like family here. We love staying at the Utica Laquinta and will always stay here when we come to visit. Thank you

Friendly and accommodating staff. Let us check in early and no issue with issuing a refund upon check out when we left early because of weather. Will stay here again.

The second floor smelled terrible. Somewhere between paint, smoke, mold. The room was not clean even my daughter noticed the dust on the table. The pool was small and unappealing. Breakfast was waffles, hard sausage rounds and off tasting eggs and random bread. Juice machine was out of order and offered no substitutes. Purchases my own drinks at the front lobby store and brought them back to the table to eat breakfast.

Had a 1 plate limit for breakfast food. Not kid friendly and always complaining about kids just having fun in the swimming pool area or wanting to be on the computers on front of the hotel. They didn't want kids at the front desk area having fun or being on computers.
Was told I had to leave because the kids were playing and knocking on other people's door for there friends to come out and play. Kids weren't disturbing other customers. There were no complaints. Only front desk complaining

Breakfast was a great disappointment!!
Room fridge froze all of the food we purchased, with no attempt to compensate me and my wife. I would never stay there again. No attempt to make things right what a complete disappointment.

The room was clean and the front desk service was excellent. My only complaint was that housekeeping forgot to collect a washcloth in the bathroom that had been left by the previous guest. Other than that issue, my stay was good!

Stayed in room 327. Window sounded like it was open as the traffic was loud going down the highway. Junk windows.
Pillows were typical hotel quality, very uncomfortable.
The blanket on the bed had an 8" tear in it, showing the contents of the blanket.
Coffee pot was typical cheap coffee maker. Took along time to just make 1 cup.
Only good thing was the price. Would stay at the Holiday Inn next time.
