Keith at the front desk was welcoming. The property has chipped paint and astetoc issues everywhere you look in the rooms and lobby. I booked a non smoking rm and was given a smoking rm so had to change, but Keithwas good.

The AC didn’t work on a hot evening. Didn’t sleep well. They weren’t able to let us take another room as it was sold out. Got charged the full amount. The shower wouldn’t drain well. Stood in water while showering. Not the best experience. Not worth the full amount.

BEWARE OF BEDBUGS!!! they will gaslight you and try to deny that they have bugs to stop the refund. My baby was bit up from head to toe from bedbugs leaving us to pack up and leave at 1am during an already difficult time. Hospital visit confirms bites as well as video and picture evidence time stamped and dated of the bugs crawling all over the bed at 1am!!

They need to properly handle the issue with an exterminator and refund me for disturbance of UNCLEANLINESS and INFESTATION of Bedbugs that disturbed our 1 night stay.

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Check in was quick, easy and pleasant. Breakfast had eggs both days we were there and breads, cereals, fruit, yogurt, juices and waffles. The hotel public areas and room were clean but it is looking worn. We feel it was a good value, a safe area.

They did not keep our reserevation. Said it was overbooked. Drove 9 hours to have no place to stay. Reserved the place on September 6. On September 20 no place. Will not be back.

Nothings unique about the property. It felt like a bare minimum place. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were not soft and breakfast was a big fail with no yogurt available, over ripe banana, very poor selection. The coffee was hirrible. Would not recommend this hotel.

Biggest reason for my dismay is that I called ahead to make crystal clear we are coming to swim only if “the pool is actually heated and not just the air” we arrived and even the other couple left as pool is definitely not heated. Air is warm but pool is cold.
