My friend was trespassed from property because he sat by the pool over 10 mins waiting for me to arrive and check in. I didn't even stay was charged and ended up going to another hotel. Very disappointed.

Rooms are really dirty (eating table wasn’t cleaned, mirrors are dirty, dust everywhere and it’s really thick and greasy kind of dirt on the headboard and outlets, rusted fixtures, broken tv base, dirty/stained carpet, dresser is barely staying together, and you have to unplug the fridge to use the microwave because both the plugs won’t fit into the outlet at the same time) and it’s just a run down nasty cheap motel. One of my biggest issues is that I was never notified the motel was out of hot water upon check-in. I found out the next morning when I brought it up to the front desk and the lady said nobody in the motel does and they don’t know when they will get the part to fix it. I told them it would have been nice to know this at check-in so I could have made other accommodations. I checked out immediately and was fine paying for the night I stayed, but felt it was only appropriate/fair for the owner to refund me for the 3 nights I didn’t stay. ******* (who I booked the reservation with) tried to remedy the issue but the owner has refused to do the right thing. Luckily it was only a couple hundred dollars, but I will never stay there again and would highly recommend everyone stay far away from this place.

It was not a good day at all. Refrigerator was dirty. Microwave was dirty and there was caked on soap in the shower.. old cheese under the bed

这是我们住过的最差的酒店之一，无论价位如何。酒店非常破旧。我们的门和门框密封不好，甚至能闻到房间外走道上弥漫的香烟味和**味。我们的几条毛巾不干净。床单上也有污渍。床非常不舒服，枕头只有抱枕大小，根本放不下床。房间很脏，整体质量很差。我们再也不会预订这家酒店了。
前台的男士态度很差，房间的床单上有经血，浴缸也很脏。
房间很一般，一进门就闻到很浓的烟味，不适合小孩子。
