Went on a holiday week, but property was always clean. Room was clean, pool was clean, and staff were always available. Just the endless pool towels are commendable!!

Rooms were nice but paying for parking was not expected. If i had known & that's my mistake I wouldn't have stayed there. I've never chosen to pay for parking. Other than that it was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.

I highly recommend it. The service at the entrance was excellent, the receptionists always had a smile on their face and were friendly. The breakfast is perfect and the service is too, not to mention the view this hotel offers. Our stay here was incredible, and we will definitely be back soon.

我们预订的是额外清洁的前厅房，却被安排在二楼，楼下可能是一个室内游泳池。屋顶很脏，我和艾莉坐着的时候，看到的海景很差，而且面积很小。房间的警报器里装的是窗式空调的闪光灯，吵得我们睡不着觉。
令人失望的暑假
作为假日酒店俱乐部会员和洲际酒店集团精英会员，我们经常旅行，但这家酒店却让我们大失所望。从我们抵达时匆忙办理入住，到房间里缺少毛巾和浴帘，再到我两次反映后，浴室水槽仍然堵塞，整个入住期间都无法解决。我们选择这家酒店的主要原因是想体验带瀑布的漂流河，结果却发现它无法使用。最令人气愤的是，我的儿子被困在电梯里，里面的所有紧急按钮都失灵了。幸好他带了手机给我们打电话，否则真不知道他会被困多久！这次入住体验非常糟糕，即使每晚花费超过600美元，我们也不会再选择这家酒店。我原本期待的是更好的体验，更适合我的家人和我们的假期。
地理位置确实很棒……这一点毋庸置疑！但工作人员的态度忽冷忽热。一开始很友好，之后就完全没有了那种积极的氛围和互动。我订错了无障碍客房，虽然房间是我自己订的，但无障碍客房的景观什么时候这么差过？！屋顶/遮阳篷都发霉了！我们全程都拉着窗帘！水压很低，马桶水声很大。入住期间，24小时内火警警报莫名其妙地响了两次。电视节目也糟糕透了！全是西部片、70、80年代的老情景喜剧、电视购物广告、宗教、政治频道、几个体育频道和一个儿童频道……活动结束后，想放松一下看看时下流行的频道，结果却发现根本没法看，只能关掉！唯一值得称道的是地理位置、饮料、食物、泳池，还有沙滩租赁服务！我的建议是降低期望值，希望入住后情况和工作人员能有所改善，态度也能更友好一些。我不会再来了。
这家酒店收费极高，价格与环境完全不符。而且，他们还有很多隐性费用。比如预订费35美元，停车费每天15美元，房费每天50美元。我们住了三天，花了1500美元，他们居然还要每天收取这些费用，我至今都想不明白。除了15美元的停车费，其他费用我都毫不知情。我和孩子们去游泳池游泳，回来的时候他们把我们锁在门外，要求我们回去登记信用卡信息，说要用信用卡支付这些费用。我告诉他们，我和孩子们衣服都湿了，需要回房间换衣服，而且我的钱包不在身上，所有东西都在房间里。我们在酒店房间外被困了将近20分钟，他出现后，要求我带着银行卡跟他走。当时我非常生气，直接进了房间，孩子们也正要跟我进去。然后他告诉我的孩子们，等他下楼后，他要报警把我们赶出酒店。当我告诉酒店工作人员我不知道那50美元和35美元的费用时，我9岁和15岁的女儿都受到了惊吓，哭着问我为什么要赶我们走。我当时又尴尬又生气，于是拿着卡下楼去支付那些费用。
我最不喜欢的就是床单。我晚上得起来好几次，把床单和床垫套拉紧抚平。床单和床垫套太小了，根本包不住床垫。
位置极差。每天早上六点火警警报就响。停车费很高。住户素质低下。
