The room smelled very bad and was unclean. Chewed piece of gum on the shelf, toilet leaking urine at the base, overall dirty. Had to clean the air filters for the a/c unit. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone else.

我要的是一楼的房间，因为我们三个都是老人，行动不便。预订单上为我们准备好了房间。我们入住时被告知一楼没有房间。深夜时分，我们没有精力去寻找其他房间。服务太差了。
