Housekeeping knocked on door at 935am. We had our do not disturb sign on and check out was at 11. We could not use our keys to get in the door close to our room. I am thankful for the up grade on room. But I am not impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the lighting. I paid 20$ for early check in and all lamps had dust, window had lots of bugs in it and had to have someone come clean it. Remote had tape on it. Phone had in proper room number. I was an executive housekeeping manager at a hotel. For the price and extra pay for early arrival, that I got I feel I paid to much for what I got.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Did not swim but the pool looked nice. Hot tub was under maintenance. Breakfast was okay, normal for a hotel breakfast.

The property is showing its age with both furniture in rooms and cleanliness. The cabinet in our room looked like something ate the entire bottom of it, but I was told it was just old. Also the carpets were in need of cleaning or replacement.

The staff was great, the breakfast too, the bed was big. We got a king. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable
