The queen bed was a double. No breakfast no vending no ice no drinks no microwave. The hairdryer was broken. The television didn’t work. Nothing was comped or credited or even fixed. This day was for two days. The television didn’t work the entire time that we were there. They didn’t care for two people they gave two very flat pillows when I asked for extra pillows and extra towel towels because we had the Jacuzzi suite she gave me one pillow and one towel. The pillow was for a standard or twin bed and we were supposed to be sleeping in a queen bed and it was a double at BEST. The staff was rude unhelpful. The owner was abrasive when I asked for ice he opened a bag and told me to stick my hand in it and get the ice that I wanted out because they took everything out of their vending machines and out of the ice machine so you could not get a snack or anything the vending was completely broken. There’s no microwave in the room.

I have never left a bad review in my life but this
It was so terrible we didnt even stay. First of all when we walked in walking down the hallway there was two men fighting arguing cussing threatening each other we got into the room all you could smell was mold so we were like okay let's turn on the air conditioner try to get the smell out it didn't ever go away my husband washed his hands and dried them with a towel so he used one hand towel we took all our trash with us but I went to go sit down on one of the beds I pulled the comforter back and I sat down on the bed and scooted back a little bit and a horrible odor came out from the bed I'm talking about like something dead was underneath there it was awful never in my life have I smelt something so bad we got our stuff and we left we could not get our money back

Property does not have guest laundry, no operating vending area, no breakfast and the pool area is poorly maintained as well as the rooms. The laundry room is full of dollar general shopping carts instead of operating washers and dryers, room had trash and used soap from previous guest and beds are hard as a flint stone slab bed.

The outside was overdone the inside smell horribly the elevator made a noise as soon as you reached the second floor we were on the 3rd The sink was broken in the room there was roaches the closet was broken and the adjoining door to the next room lock was also broken had to put chairs in front of it to make sure nobody came through in the middle of the night overall next time I'm going down the street

Complete nightmare- Avoid this hotel
Someone puked in the bed and it hasn’t been cleaned like this for god knows how long. We checked in very late in the night and in the morning we discovered it. In the bathroom the door doesn’t even close. The entire room smells like mold and disgusting. Avoid this hotel in very possible circumstances.

This place was prettt horrible. We booked a queen room, the bed was maybe a full and was hard as a rock. As soon as we got to the hotel, we showered, as we has just ridden 400 miles on a motorcycle, there was no soap or shampoo. We askes for more towels, as we were only provided 2, and were told no.
The following morning, went downstairs for breakfast at 9, nothing to be seen, the coffee machine makes the more battery acid like beverages ive ever experienced, there are also no coffee makers in the room, we didnt even have an icemaker on our floor.
We did have a lovely stay in Jekyll island and Brunswick, it is a beautiful place, we just dreaded the hotel.

Everything was terrible grounds was nasty,grass needed cutting, elevator was dirty,toilet seat was broken,paper all around the pool,they didn't want to give towels so we went out and brought more the stay jyst was horrible i wouldn't tell anyone to stay there
