酒店回复: A major component for developing moral character is HONESTY. Lying have no part in honesty. Guest book room for 4 nights , after check in, came in office few hours later and said my friend book room to other hotel for me and i have to checkout next day, manager said ok and without guest come in lobby next day, manager refund the money to his card . I notify the ******* the same . Guest came in office for refund only, no other discussion were made, In my hospitality experience, i never seen such a guest like this. Anyway sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for your rating and good words GM .

Exceeded my expectations.
My stay at the Knight’s Inn in Oswego greatly exceeded my expectations. The gentleman at Check-in was super helpful and extraordinarily pleasant.
I was in the room furthest from the Front desk so the Wi-Finwas weak at times but it works and was fine.
Many channels on the TV. Comfortable bed and bathroom was like going back in time but very warm and comfortable.

This was my second time staying at this property, and it is now my go-to for cheap lodging in Oswego. The room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. It had all the amenities that I needed. It is right off the main road however and so if the sounds of traffic bother you it might not be perfect, but they didn't both me.

俗话说，一分钱一分货。我住了一晚……下午3点多入住，早上9点半左右退房。房间看起来还不错，直到无数的蜘蛛、臭虫和果蝇占据了房间。我整晚都没睡觉，只能看着蜘蛛在墙上爬来爬去。淋浴间不干净，毛巾看起来也不太干净。无线网络很差，电视甚至连基本的频道（ABC、CBS、NBC、FOX）都没有。
唯一的优点是……价格不贵，而且入住/退房是我遇到过最便捷的。再说一次……一分钱一分货。
