Great location. Very pleasant check in. All the staff were really nice. The room was well appointed & the bed pillows were especially soft & comfy!

The room was fine. The bathroom was surface cleaned at best. The carpet felt filthy. The towels stained. Just overall gross. The breakfast was good enough but we didn't bother the second day and went out instead. Would not revisit.

Had a problem checking out this morning. Think I woke up the person when I rang the bell for service. She told me to leave my room keys on the counter and my receipt would be emailed to me. I still don’t have a receipt.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel in Marion OH for 3 nights. Cole the front desk employee was awesome. The other employees are lazy and disrespectful. On the 2nd day I requested trash be emptied in the room and fresh towels. I requested that 3 times and finally got towels at 8pm. Housekeeping did not pull trash. The rooms are outdated, bathtub bottoms are black, rooms smell heavy with smoke. Cole at the front desk was the only good thing about our stay. The pool area is not adequately ventilated and smells horrible with chlorine. Almost to the point of making us sick to stomachs. This hotel should be bulldozed or have a huge remodel.

The room was nice but outdated - carpet was very worn. The elevator smelled very strong of pesticide almost didn’t want to use it the smell was so strong. Staff was nice. The highway traffic can be heard clearly in the room.
