The breakfast ok. I didn't like the coffee. It tasted like instant coffee. The shower wasn't hot enough. I also saw a roach on my night stand. The guy receptionist was rude.

Rooms were dirty, front desk staff was very uncooperative and unwilling to address problems or change rooms despite the fact other rooms were available.

The room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking so we didn't even stay and overall wasn't clean. We canceled the room and got a refund.

Clean the carpet, replace tub, keep sufficient towels so you don’t run out, get another luggage rack, one is not enough

The lady that checked us in was very nice & helpful.
There was only 1 working luggage cart & that was being used by someone that couldn't bring it back from where it was. Had to make many trips to bring in our bags Had to use a laundry cart to bring in a respirator that was too heavy & awkward.
Also, the gentleman that was working in the breakfast area wasn't a very nice man at all. There was several items that were not stocked needed for breakfast needs. Hot items were late in coming out for people to consume and there were only a few people including us that were in there. I have stayed at Comfort Inns before and never had any issues such as what I seen here. This location is not a place that I will ever return to or recommend anyone else.
